AetherbrawlPrivacy policy
Aetherbrawl, by Chi Software. Last updated 5 October 2026.
Aetherbrawl is a game. It has no ads, no analytics or tracking, and no in-app purchases in this version. We never sell your data.
Your account
On first launch the game creates a guest account on our server so your progress is safe if you change phone. It is a random ID and a random address ending in @guest.invalid; a secret key is kept in your device's Keychain to sign you in. It is not linked to your name, email or phone number.
You can choose to link a real email (Settings → Save account). We then send you a 6-digit code to confirm it, and you can use the email to sign in on another device. One account is signed in on one device at a time.
What we receive and keep
| Data | Why |
|---|---|
| Account ID, the guest or linked email, sign-in sessions | To sign you in and keep one account on one device. |
| Your game save: heroes, levels, gear, currencies, story progress, quests and settings | Cloud save, so you can continue on another device. |
| Arena Ranking runs: score, kills, time and HP left, your hero's Power, and the player name you show on the board | To check runs are fair and to show today's board. Other players see your player name and best score. |
Data is stored on our own server (aetherbrawl / mobile-aether.cstsolution.com) hosted by OVHcloud. Sign-in codes are emailed through Brevo, our email provider. Nothing else is shared with anyone.
Deleting your data
Settings → Delete account removes your account, save and Arena runs from our server straight away; the game then starts fresh. You can also write to us and we will delete it for you.
What we don't collect
No contacts, location, photos, camera or microphone. No advertising identifier and no tracking across apps. No payment details.
Coming later
Live Champions' Hour matches will run on Photon (Exit Games), which receives your in-match actions and network address for the length of a match. This page will say so, with a new date, before that version is released.
Children
The game is not directed at children under 13.
